My coaching is designed for healthcare leaders and those in healthcare-adjacent settings. My expertise is deepest there, but if you're unsure, reach out and we'll figure out if it's a fit.
Can my organization pay for coaching?
Yes, if your organization wants to sponsor coaching for one or more leaders, I can work with HR or leadership to set that up.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you're facing leadership challenges you can't work through alone, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or ready to invest in your growth, coaching is likely a great fit. The free consultation is the easiest way to find out.
What if I'm not ready to commit to a package yet?
