Why this is different from standard consulting
Most organizational consultants come in with frameworks built for the
corporate world. I don't. I've spent two decades working inside medical settings as a clinical health psychologist and have experience as an
internal consultant.
My background in clinical and organizational psychology means I bring a
rigorous understanding of human behavior to every engagement, not just
operational frameworks. That combination is rare, and it's what makes this
work land differently.
I don't just understand healthcare leadership intellectually. I've navigated the culture, the hierarchy, and the human dynamics that make it its own kind of hard.
