Do you work with organizations directly?
Yes, if your organization wants to sponsor coaching for one or more leaders, I can work with HR or leadership to set that up.
What's included in the assessment debrief?
Every assessment, whether standalone or included in a package, includes a full professional debrief session with me. You don't just get a report; we work through the data together in the context of your actual leadership situation.
Are sessions conducted in person or virtually?
